Perfect... the professional care and attention, not to mention workmanship and commitment to quality, made it an unexpected positive experience all the way around. Now I just need Costco to come through with the claim because they were the party that broke the lug nut and couldn't fix it... as a matter of fact, they were the one's who suggested you.

I don’t write many reviews but I read them and so maybe I should contribute. Especially for this company since they have been taking care of my cars for years. So, here’s my experience with them. I bring my car in, usually with a problem, they take care of the problem and point out stuff that might need looking after in the future. They charge me a fair price for the work they have done, and I drive home secure in the knowledge that these guys take their job seriously and my car has been fixed right.

Precision Automotive did an outstanding job and provided every accommodation for me due to unforeseen parts delays. Front brakes for my WRX STI were going to cost more than twice what I paid at Precision and the quality was first rate. I will not be returning to the dealership again.
