Very professional and knowledgeable.

Used to go to the other location they had years ago but unfortunately it closed down. Luckily, I found this location again. They were great. Setting up an appointment was easy; I was able to get my car in quickly and they were able to do a thorough multi-point inspection of my car and locate the issue which was the battery. Battery was immediately replaced. Highly recommend.

Precision Automotive went the extra mile to squeeze my appointment in and even provided a loaner vehicle when one of the parts needed for the repair had to be ordered out. Grace was exceptional at coordinating the repairs and explaining diagnostic results and repair procedures with me. The brake services and repairs were properly and expeditiously. They also caught a few critical issues during the initial inspection and provided photos and details explaining their findings. All around great service- thanks!

We were on our way to move out of state and my water pump failed. We managed to get to the shop and they took us right away. The lady at the front was so gracious and empathetic and took our car in and prioritized to get us on our way as quickly as possible. I’m grateful for there service and professionalism, but most of all for the solid work. No issues for 2000 mile in three days. Kudos!!!!

Perfect... the professional care and attention, not to mention workmanship and commitment to quality, made it an unexpected positive experience all the way around. Now I just need Costco to come through with the claim because they were the party that broke the lug nut and couldn't fix it... as a matter of fact, they were the one's who suggested you.
