Eric took great care of me, helped navigate dealing with my warranty company very well especially through the Covid-19 issues from the lockdown when my breakdown occured. Through the entire time he kept me informed, aware of issues, & found ones that I was totally unaware of. All in told, their assistance, professionalism, and quality shined through. They have earned my business again if the need arises.

I have been taking my cars here for quite awhile, 10+ years. Eric is business-like, the quotes are pretty spot on (barring unforeseen circumstances), and once in a while, he'll show his sense of humor. Precision has evolved with the times, with the diagnostics and everything on computer now. And they provide Lyft/Uber transportation to and from the shop. Very convenient.

Interactive web portal shows you what's going on with your car as it is getting worked on. Eric was professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience here, will come back for sure!

Jose and staff are competent professionals. I completely trust them with keeping my daily driver ready to get me to and from work. These guys are so honest it hurts. Very professional and they never suggest repairs that my car doesn’t need. One of the reasons I love them is they offer a free Uber/Lyft if I need to get back and forth while my car is in the shop. I strongly recommend this shop!
