Auto Repair in Poway

Everytime I bring my 2004 Honda Civic for even the most minor maintenance, these guys make this 15 year old compact run like a charm with muscles. For sure this car may never need to be replaced as long as they take care of it. Sometimes I come away thinking that it runs better than it did when it was new. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!!!! and many thanks to Eric and the crew in the shop.

This is the only place I'll go for service. The people here are honest, fast and reliable. I've never had a problem here and they always communicate with you every step of the way. I always feel like my car is getting the best service and they never take advantage like other places I've been to. They even send reports and pictures to explain any issues which is a godsend for someone who doesn't know much about cars (me). Can't thank them enough!

Poway AccurateAutomotive got my car right in and worked on it efficiently and proficiently. They fixed the problem, which turned out to be less of an issue than I thought. The car is now running great! It was a very positive experience. I have confidence in Poway Accurate Automotive and know they won't overcharge me or look for things that aren't really wrong. Brandon and his crew took excellent care of me and my vehicle. From the get go they made sure I had a rental to get back to work and then sent me pictures of everything they thought could use some work. The service was phenomenal and extremely transparent. Had the unfortunate circumstance of having to use a fire extinguisher on my alternator (Acura). Lucky for me, it was in the parking lot at Accurate Automotive in Poway. Brandon runs a great business there and pays attention to the little things. Customer service and communication were second to none, all while not gauging prices like other places.
