Had my Jeep XJ serviced at Accurate. They caught a bleeding brake line and took pics of it. Very impressive service. They also recommended a spark plug change to OEM. The Jeep has never run better.

We were provided a loaner vehicle which we really appreciated. Staff was professional, our vehicle was taken care of. Thank you!

Such a great find!! My car failed the smog test and of course as a busy mom of 5 I had NO time for my car to be in the shop. I dropped off in the morning and they had it done in time for me to pick up the kids. They let me know everything they were doing before they fixed it and were extremely polite and courteous. I needed a quick smog test and my ac had been failing and i was up against some work deadlines, getting ready for a vacation. I stopped in to see if could do a quick smog check and they took care of both on the spot, without an appointment; and they loaned me a quality "lender car" for the day for free. I was able to keep my appointments and accomplish all of my work while they solved my car problems. I also appreciated that they were thorough in their inspection and let me know about a couple of other things that needed addressing.

They provided a loaner car for me to use so I wouldn't have to sit and wait, and they also created a digital multi point inspection report showing me everything that passed and a few things that needed attention (it even shows pictures so you can see what they're talking about). They walked me through the report over the phone, answered all of my questions, and then moved forward with the work that I approved. I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. Brandon and August are not only two top-notch mechanics, they are also two stand-up individuals that will go far above what is required to please the customer. I had a very complicated A/C issue that they ended up repairing at or below cost due to the complexity of the issue.

Had a great experience this past week with Poway's Precision Automotive. We had 2 cars that needed to be smog checked. First one was an older Honda and since the battery had been replaced recently, it didn't pass the test. Eric Murray, the Operations Manager told me what I needed to do to pass the test in order for the battery to 're-connect'. I did what he recommended, brought it back to re-test, and he first checked the computer to make certain it would pass the second time which it did! Yay! My husband brought in another car this morning, it passed the smog test and he was in and out in a very short space of time. These guys do terrific work, and Eric is always friendly and helpful. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else! :-D
