I had a vibration that was getting worse coming from the left wheel, I had been to another shop and told them but they never were able to tell me what was going on or fix it. Gus was very helpful and communicative about what was going on, it was the wheel bearing. The price was reasonable for the the job and now my car is riding smoother than ever! I couldn't be happier!

I came in for a synthetic oil change and I'm happy with the work done for it. They kindly took my coupon for an oil change and gave me the discount even though it didn't apply to synthetic changes I had to wait a little while because I didn't make an appointment but their waiting area was pleasant to sit in They didn't upsell me on anything that I didn't need. In addition to changing the oil, they noticed I needed air filter replacements. The mechanic working on my car came out and showed me them alongside the shop manager who was at the front desk. Unfortunately, I felt like I overpaid for the simple service to replace my cabin air filter in my Honda Civic. If I'm not mistaken, my invoice said I paid around $27.50 ($110/hour) in labor alone ($20 for the filter) for something I could have easily done myself in less than 5 minutes. I understand profits must be made, but I am really not happy about that. I'll replace them myself regularly from now on after teaching myself

Eric the Manager was awesome - so patient, caring, and attentive to my concerns - despite the extreme heat and packed with customers. I'll definitely go there again - thank you, Eric!!

I have had Service with Eric before in Mira Mesa and have followed him here to poway now. Not to mention the techs here are awesome! Mike, Mikey, & Matt. I have had them work on 4 of my vehicles in the past 8 years. Awesome crew. Highly recommended. Will always tell friends to come here.

The service is terrific. I started off a few years ago dealing with Brian, but lately have dealt with Vic in person and August on the phone. They are customer service oriented, courteous and listen to you. I ask a lot of questions and Vic patiently answers them all. The prices are fair and cheaper than a dealer. This is also the first shop I have let work on/repair my Jeep besides the dealer and I have not been disappointed. I have always made an appointment; sometimes on the same day and that aspect is awesome in my opinion. My work schedule sometimes requires last minute changes if I can't get off so I appreciate that you don't have to make an appointment well in advance.
