I came in with a specific problem and instead of treating me like a silly woman that doesn't know cars, they had a diagnosis that agreed with my initial assessment. I have a cranky old car and was fully expecting a bunch of additional "must fix now"s , but that was not the case. My part was discontinued and they went the extra mile to try to track down my part, and ultimately fabricating it. The final price was way below what I expected and the customer service was awesome. I took my Tiguan in for an alignment today. Friendly people, quick service. I highly recommend.

Service was quick. I thought I needed new brakes but they told me my pads were still at 40%. I appreciated the honesty.

I brought my dad 's 1998 jeep to the shop because it was fail in smog test Drik and his mechanics repair the problem and pass the smog test they are honest and professional I do recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you , Excellent service and affordable price.

I own 4 cars & have had all kinds of work done here. Shifter cable replaced, a/c leaks fixed, airbag suspension replaced, cv joints replaced, new brakes, radiator replaced, & several smog checks. All of their work was done well & reasonably priced. I like that the owner (Dirk) & the office manager (Erik) give me cost effective options.

I absolutely HATE taking my car in for any work, almost as much as I hate going to a dentist! My air conditioner went out on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was 7 months past the 36 month warranty but 12,000 miles under the 36,000 limit. So I took it into the local dealer I bought it from on a Friday and was told he would not have a tech available to look at it until the following Monday so I had no choice but to make an appointment then. I drove up the street to PPA and spoke to Dirk (the owner). They took it in immediately and called me later with the problem. It seems I had a leak in the evaporator and they could do the necessary work for me right away. Another immediate problem I was having was that I had family visiting from out of town and I had loaned my other car to them. Dirk made arrangements for a rental car for me while they were working on my Jeep. On top of all that my guests were leaving town on Sunday and my wife was leaving town early Monday morning so I was all messed up. Dirk called me on Monday and said the job was completed and ready for pickup. I was very pleased at that as the dealer I originally went to wasn't going to look at it until that day. I just needed to get my son to provide a ride to PPA for the pick up. Then Dirk offered to send one of his guys to give me a ride. I have NEVER had this type of EXCEPTIONAL service from ANY auto dealership or service agency. I will be taking my car problems to PPA in the future. This is how a business should be run. Thanks Dirk
