I've been there twice for problems that I thought were major and both times I was given an honest diagnosis which ended up being fairly simple fixes. The final prices were super reasonable and I can confidently recommend. Thanks guys!

Always take my car here for oil changes & any repairs needed. Very knowledgable, helpful & honest shop. I have a Volvo s40 & they always make sure to get the right parts required for Volvos. Can be sure that repairs done are necessary , guaranteed & done correctly. Eric & Dirk will take the time to explain the repair & are helpful. Highly recommend shop for keeping your car running great !!!

I came in with a specific problem and instead of treating me like a silly woman that doesn't know cars, they had a diagnosis that agreed with my initial assessment. I have a cranky old car and was fully expecting a bunch of additional "must fix now"s , but that was not the case. My part was discontinued and they went the extra mile to try to track down my part, and ultimately fabricating it. The final price was way below what I expected and the customer service was awesome. Always does just what I need, nothing more or less. Easy to talk to and will explain issues. Willing to do oil changes on a BYOO basis, which is a huge convenience.

The manager offered to put in the catalytic convertor for no charge when he learned how unhappy I was with the results of my smog test. And they took me out side and showed me how the thing was improperly installed, and why they said it was tampered with. So they can't be all bad.

Brian & his crew at Poway Accurate Automotive rock!! My 2002 Acura RSX was very poorly aligned before I took it in. Now my car drives straight as an arrow!! Everything was done in a timely manner and Brian treats his customers well! No bs, no drama. If you need work done on your car I highly recommend taking your car here!!!

I had a simple but also an emergency job to do... The left brakes were grinding, and my daughter was coming to town. .. When we arrived, we were told by the manager (Dirk) that he was down two mechanics and that he wasn't sure if we could get done by closing. He said, also he do his best to squeeze us in... As if by magic, less than a half hour later, we were done. Barely had time to finish my coffee!! Dirk and his team did an outstanding job; this is the way customer service should be! The right price for a job well-done, in a timely manner! And not only that, the bathroom was the cleanest my wife and I had ever seen in an automotive repair venue! Many thanks to Dirk and his team. Best automotive shop I've been to! Honest, excellent work and flexible with your schedule. I brought a few cars to them to check up on them before I bought them and they definitely stopped me from buying a lemon. They were super honest and even showed me the problems the cars had rather than typing them up on a quote and handing the quote to me which most places don't do. Recently I took the car in for a coolant leak and Eric was able to find the issue and deal with the warranty company all during my lunch break. Took my car in the next day on my way to work, they replaced the cooling system and I picked it up on my lunch break that same day. Hassle free! The part that impressed me even more was four days later the owner Dirk texted me to make sure the repairs went well and everything was good. I've been to a lot of mechanic shops but I have never experienced one like this. A++ customer service from everyone in the shop!
