i had been to the sister shop of this one, precision automotive, and had a good experience. when they were too busy one day, they told me to go here instead. i was just in for an oil change but they found some steering parts that were worn out and an oil leak. again, they actually brought me into the shop to show me what was wrong on my car and were very fair with pricing. it was done when quoted and they never pressured me into getting the work done, but told me what would happen if i let it go. great service and work performed by some good guys. many thanks to the manager brian and the team of mechanics.

I took my car here for a smog check. I called for an appointment and they were ready for me at the appointed time. I ambled over from the waiting area to the inspection area and the mechanics were not irked by my presence. They chatted amiably with me while going about their tasks. The mechanics were very thorough and did not seem to be handling the car roughly. The inspection was completed in a reasonable time. The manager and mechanics are courteous and friendly. The only reason it's not a 5-star is because I had printed out a coupon from their website, but was still charged a little over the price on the coupon. Still, I'd definitely go back for the quality of service and customer care.

I am shocked to see these negative posts. However they are several years old maybe that is why. On a positive note I was beyond pleased with the service and the professional manner in which I received. I had an alignment done on my VW GTI I was quoted a price over the phone (which can be rare anymore) and when they were finished with the alignment it was actually less than my quote!!!! How often does that happen?? I would like to thank Mike (service tech) and Jay both for their professional service and attitudes. This is now my NEW service and repair shop!!!

I had an appointment with another smog check center but turned too early off Pomerado road. They were able to take my car almost immediately and had it done in less than half an hour. They also turned out to be cheaper the the original place I was headed! Very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Came in to check my alignment. Service and staff was perfect and honest. I will definitely come back to this shop for future services.
